AR-15 “blem” lowers manufactured by Tactical Machining
From Tactical Machining: “Some of our blemished receivers start out as blems out of the forging crates based on dings or imperfections in the forgings. Most imperfections are unnoticeable and NONE affect the functionality. This lower receiver is marked the same as our standard TM-15 receivers including TM logo, model, serial number, and caliber designation on the right side of the receiver. May also include the Diamondback DB logo. This receiver is marked Multi Cal. with “VIC” prefix on serial number. Tactical Machining AR-15 lower receivers are built from mil-spec 7075-T6 forgings from the lead forge in the U.S. The contour is fully machined leaving no flash marks from the forging.”
